  • Keep Residents Safe. The majority of falls in a community occur between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., less than 3 feet from the bed. Our virtual monitoring can help residents stay where they are safe until a team member can help.
  • Cost Savings for Your Community. EyeWatch LIVE cost is significantly less than a private duty nursing at $30+ an hour.
  • An Extra Set of “Eyes”. The average award from a fall results in a claim of $186,000. If neglect is found, add $60,000. EyeWatch LIVE creates a safer environment for residents and helps alleviate team member workload, providing another layer of security.

The reality is, your team can’t be everywhere at the same time. By using virtual monitoring technology, your nursing staff can be more efficient with their time and feel confident knowing that EyeWatch LIVE virtual monitoring is there to provide support and assistance.

The EyeWatch LIVE Solution

It’s more than a camera, it’s a camera and engagement with a live nurse.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

An EyeWatch LIVE camera is installed in a resident’s room to provide live monitoring during the overnight hours when fall risk is the greatest. EyeWatch LIVE is the result of decades of 24/7/365 virtual security monitoring, two-way audio and installation.

DETECTION

DETECTION

Using advanced motion detection technology, the camera—which is connected to an EyeWatch LIVE Monitoring Center with a Live Virtual Nurse—detects unwanted activity within a preset "safety zone" around the resident’s bed. The Live Virtual Nurse can then report the activity in real time to the onsite community care staff through various forms of communication such as text message, phone call, and technology communication platforms.

NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION

While the on-site caregiver is on the way to the room, the Live Virtual Nurse can communicate with the resident and help discourage them from trying to get out of bed.
